Ghana's finest comedian, Benson Nana Yaw Oduro Boateng, popularly known as Funny Face, has said he would put up the best stage performance of his life on December 4 this year at the Efua Sutherland Park in Accra.
'I have a deep, passionate love for children. This year would be the fifth edition of the 'Funny Face Fun Festival' where children from all over come to have fun with me. The best I can do in return for the children is to give them my very best; a type of performance I have never done before, something they have never seen before because I want to show them true love,' Funny Face aka 'Swag-On-Papa' told NEWS-ONE.
The Funny Face Fun Festival has become an annual festival organised by the comedian for children.
It holds the record as the biggest children event in the country and has sometimes attracted up to 50,000 children.
'My team and I have decided to reduce the numbers this year so we are not expecting that the number will go up. What we have also done is to increase the fun activities, tighten security and safety measures and ensure that the show ends early enough,' Funny Face added.
He said there would also be a dance and rap competition for parents and a tall list of surprise artistes.
This year's event has different exciting packages including activities like bouncy castle, musical chairs, and pin the horsetail among others.
