MzVee For 'Roll Kall' Tomorrow

Female Dancehall musician MzVee is headlining this year's High Schools Fiesta Roll Kall, organisers say.

She is expected to use it as a major platform to announce a planned nationwide schools tour.

Being Ghana's biggest gathering of senior high school students, this year's Roll Kall will host thousands of people to a day's session of quality entertainment.

In its fifth year, the event, which will take place at Aviation Social Centre on September 5, will see over 189 students drawn from the Eastern, Western, Central, Volta, Ashanti, Greater Accra and Brong-Ahafo Regions taking part in competitions in basketball, five-a-side football, music and dance, eating competition, Jama competition, fashion show and video games among other activities.

Organisers, Planet One, say they are expecting a good turnout to make a statement to Roll Kall's claim as the biggest outdoor event for Senior High Schools.

CEO Gilbert Boakye Nhyira said:
'We are inviting all celebrities to come rep their 'Alma Mater' (old school); hence a lot of celebrated stars will be at this year's event to cheer their schools to victory.'

The fifth annual 'Roll Kall' is sponsored by Vodafone X, Mentos Gum, Novelle Nsu, Indomie, Papas Pizza and Dream Professional Institute.
