Is Sarkodie An Illuminati?

This question has been asked a million times by fans and critics of Sarkodie over the last few years in a bid to ascertain his perceived affiliations with Illuminati. That is why sirarticle.blogspot.com has taken advantage of the controversies surrounding Sarkodie's stage performance at the very recent #SarkodieHistoryInTheMaking concert held at the Apollo Theatre to do a critical analysis of rumours about Sarkodie being an Illuminati.

So this article can be dubbed "The Bare Facts" because it expresses factual opinions about the ever-contentious Sarkodie-Illuminati issue. However, I am guided by principles of personal branding to avoid defiling the character of Sarkodie and not to peddle falsehood too.

But let us take a quick look at the foundational truths about Illuminati. "Illuminati" is the Latin-inspired word for "enlightenment" in English which is a secret society founded on May 1, 1776 by Adam Weishaupt. Illuminati's priority is to defy superstition, religion, state control etc in strange ways. And contemporary Illuminati is seen as a fantasy which has lost its supremacy though some key celebrities in the world have been associated with the infamous cult, Illuminati. Ha-ha, Ghana's most influential musician today known in real life as Michael Owusu Addo a.k.a Sarkodie has always been linked to this powerful secret society.

And ever since Sarkodie became the first Ghanaian and non English-speaking artiste to win the BET Award (Best International Act - Africa), satirical Ghanaians continue to blatantly attribute his unending success to his membership of Illuminati. Good Heavens, the so called proof of Sarkodie being an Illuminati somehow seems ridiculous in several ways. But who knows...? Sarkodie may be a strong Illuminati who parades as an angel of light! However, that is all up to the Lord God Almighty to tell who Sarkodie really is while it behoves Sarkodie to declare under oath his relationship with Illuminati.

Moreover, people believe that Sarkodie is an Illuminati simply because there is no facade in his music life which would have proved otherwise. Can you imagine that Sarkodie for certain reasons depict anything Illuminati in his music? This gives his detractors especially a credible reason to claim that he is a proud Illuminati. They also argue that the extraordinary achievements of Sarkcess Music boss are too true to be the fruits of his so called labour even as a typical Ghanaian. OK people are entitled to their opinions which make them believe that the Rapperholic is an Illuminati.

Again, we all have to remember that "not all that glitters is gold." And celebrities are highly capable of putting up hypocritical behaviour to cover their devilish dealings in the dark. So we cannot wholly trust Sarkodie for debunking allegations that he has joined Illuminati. Unfortunately, the black man in envy would dispute the God-inspired success story of a person who has moved from zero to hero; grass to grace and nobody to somebody. That is why many people lose sight of the fact that international Hiplife star, Sarkodie may have struggled to become the boss of Africa's rap music without diluting his talent with occultism.

And if Sarkodie were to be a true Illuminati, he would have been apparently far richer than who he is today. Also, mere information I have show multiple award-winning rapper, Sarkodie is stimulated by the prayers of his devoted mother and his faith in Christ; which seemingly cannot make him a candidate for Illuminati. Furthermore, some of us believe that Sarkodie as a great strategist in rap music acting like a typical Illuminati may be a publicity strategy to help consolidate his dominance in African Hiphop since Ghanaians love to gossip. Therefore, is Sarkodie an Illuminati in your own opinion?
