Sensational gospel artiste, Reverend Kojo Oteng, is billed to stage a live recording concert and album launch at the Living Grace Chapel in Sunyani, come Sunday, July 5.
His latest album dubbed 'Thy Word' features some classical tunes like 'I come to the Garden Alone,' 'Hark, Hark My Soul,' Rock of Ages,' 'It is well with my Soul' and 'Abide With Me,' among others.
Speaking in an interview with BEATWAVES, Rev Kojo Oteng said the live recording concert is the first of its kind to be performed in Sunyani, saying, 'It's something awesome, new and people should come and experience it.'
According to him, the event is not just going to be a live recording but a worship experience where the patrons would see the power of God move as never happened before.
Rev Kojo Oteng, 35, has now got five albums to his credit since he started his music career in 2007. The first was 'Woye Me Awurade' featuring Fred Oware Jnr. The second album, 'Favour' recorded in 2010, featured Selina Boateng. His third album 'Jesus' with the hit song 'Kabiesi' was in 2012, followed by 'Encounter' which is collaboration in 2014.
