John Mensah Joins 2131 CLUBS On A Health Walk

Following the National Sanitation Day, a cleanup exercise which is to be held simultaneously nationwide every first Saturday of the month, 2131CLUB members joined by Ex Black Stars captain John Mensah embarked on a health walk last Saturday on the theme " MY HEALTH MY WEALTH”.

The walk started from the Accra Mall at 6 a.m. as participants paced themselves along the route through some major streets of Accra before ending at the African Regent Hotel where they engaged in aerobics.

Ex Ghana captain, John Mensah, Antione Figali, members of the African Regent Hotel, last Saturday, joined the 2131CLUB members to participate in the walk and exercises.

In an address during the exercise, the president of 2131 CLUBS, Julian Ebow Quainoo thanked all participants saying, "The session was very successful and i will like to thank all members for participating as well as our guests John Mensah and Antione Figali”.

2131Clubs, founded by Jay Foley of YFM and Co- founded by Jeremie, currently has a very active membership engagement and looks forward to becoming a home grown name in creating a reason for networking among like-minded individuals across the world.
