Aside their talents, one common theme amongst actors and actresses tends to be their beauty. It should come as no surprise that many of our famous actors and actresses were discovered through modeling, undoubtedly using their good looks to help them land big roles. Juliet Ibrahim started as a model at the age 12. She featured in TV commercials, outdoor adverts and was in V.I.P's video; Mi ne mi Jole. At the tertiary level, Juliet was crowned MISS GIL (Ghana Institute of Languages) 2004. Currently, she's the CEO of Dolfin Agency.

Bryan Okwara is a Nigerian actor and pageant contestant who won the title of Mr. Nigeria in 2007 and reached the semi-finals in the Mister World 2007. His good looks gained the nickname; “Lady's man”. He's currently among the top 10 South African male model.

Juliet's sister Sonia Ibrahim is also a model. At 19, she was voted as the amateur female model of the year in Paris. The formal face for Ghandour cosmetics won a NAFCA awards with her first featured movie, Number One Fan and eyes many after the premiere of her second movie.

At the age of 17, Charlotte Derban was crowned Miss Oil City also known as Miss O'cee. In the year 2012, she earned the title; Prom Queen, a pageant organized to discover potential stars with Prom meaning Promise. In 2013, she won the Face of Vienna and was made the ambassador for all the Vienna Cities across the country.

The last but not the least is the newly crown Malaika Queen, Eirene Binabiba. Born a royal, Eirene won Miss Daras at her primary level. Could it be a gene in her family because her sisters also won the Miss Daras.
