Ghanaian Owned Luxury Group, Frallain, Inc., To Partner With Guaranty Trust Bank Lagos Fashion And Design Week

From October 23rd to October 26th, Lagos, Nigeria will host the Lagos Fashion and Design Week, showcasing the very best in design talent from Africa and the African diaspora.

In addition to breathtaking runway shows and an exhibition marketplace, the Guaranty Trust Bank Lagos Fashion and Design Week (GTBLFDW) will present three awards to deserving recipients, International Fashion Entrepreneur of the Year Award, MTNYoung Designer of the Year Award and Young Model of the Year Award.

To commemorate its launch, luxury group, Frallain, Inc. Founded by Ghanaian, Ms. Roberta Annan has partnered with the Guaranty Trust BankLagos Fashion and Design Week to provide a rare opportunity for the recipient of the MTN Young Designer of the Year Award. The lucky winner will receive a six-month paid design internship in New York with international fashion brand EDUN and mentorship by several notable Frallain, Inc. partner brands.

The competition, African Fashion Star, which was to be organised by Frallain Group in July was cancelled and they instead opted to partner with Lagos Fashion and Design Week to offer the prize to young designer of the year.
