We are five days away from the grand finale and the effects of the time is showing on the behavior of our maidens. There seems to be a slowly growing “finish-hard” phenomenon as the maidens employ all kinds of extreme strategies to win the King. After all, he is about to make a choice in less than a week, there isn't a better time to work on him.
Favour is the one who seems to have changed gears in this regard. She has been seen in isolation with the King literally bugging him with all kinds of petitions and allegations.
Princy also seems to be pushing the limits when yesterday she convinced the king to rub cream on her back, something that led him to unhook her bra. Was she trying to seduce him and why did he allow things to travel that far? Fortunately, he never really crossed boundaries though one can only wonder if there were any at all under the circumstances. At this point there is a temptation to make some conclusions about Princy who recently has had the loudest voice in the house and her willingness to do anything to win this competition is almost unladylike. Her use of vulgar language without a care for basic etiquette is hardly what is expected from the responsible wife.
Whiles many have applauded her for boldness and honesty it might be time to revise those notes. There is a clear difference between being bold and a lack of diplomacy in 21st century Ghana. The modern wife is very refined and even if naughty, still prim and proper. It is a question of managing one's urges more than trying to hide them. It will be surprising if she wins this competition as her behavior is occasionally a turn off.
Favour is a mother and talks affectionately about her daughter and displays a genuine interest in the King. She talks about having more children. It is possible that she might be more interested in the type of husband and father figure the King will make for her and her daughter. Will she fight for the King or walk away with the $20,000 worth of prizes? Join us at the Grand Mensivc hotel on the August 19th for the showdown!
