Focus FM (94.3MHz), the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) based radio station is about to partner Accra based Radio XYZ (93.1MHz).
Speaking to Nana Kwadwo Jantuah, General Manager of Focus (94.3MHz), he told Focus news that the collaboration is part of the efforts to re-brand the station and bring cherished listeners some variety.
He also adds that listeners of Focus FM can expect more in terms of news and entertainment.
He believes the collaboration between the two stations will help market both stations and their presenters.
Focus FM is a community based radio station which besides educating, informing and entertaining listeners, also provides a huge platform for young talents to develop their gifts in areas such as radio broadcasting, music, events management, poetry among others.
Focus FM's slogan is “Exploding the universe” whiles Radio XYZ's is “The right turn”.
