Nollywood actress, Omotola Ekeinde Jalade has taken a hot stand on oli giant, Shell over environmental degradation.

Omotola was spotted in London on Wednesday outside Shell's Headquarters calling on Shell to 'Own Up, Pay Up and Clean Up'.

She has joined Amnesty International, which she belongs to, in fighting this cause for the Niger Delta region in Nigeria.

In a tweet Friday, the sultry make-believe queen reminded her fans that she is from Niger Delta (Ondo State), hence, she feels pained at the effect of pollution by the activities of Shell in her region.

She was quoted to have said, "fishermen cannot fish, food cannot be grown or harvested."

God called me because He foresaw me and I responded because I heard His voice.
