Ukwu crooner, Timaya, has disclosed that the reason why his songs get banned on TVs and radio stations is because he does what he feels the people need to hear.
According to the singer, he had no plans to divert into secular songs this far because he was a choir boy at Living Gospel Mission, but the people made him change into who he is today.
He narrated that he actually started with music about God, then he decided to switch to singing about envies and was later accused severally of always singing about bad people, so he decided to do something new that was why he took of his dread.
Timaya reveals that what people don't know about him is that he never left God, but the 'Ukwu' he sings about is just for him to make a living but still goes back to pray for Forgiveness.
