The crisis among fuji musicians recently took a new dimension as Saheed Osupa takes on Wasiu Alabi Pasuma over the issue of fuji king.
In a song entitled Confrontation released on video compact disc (VCD) and marketed by Bayowa international films and records, Osupa alleged that Alabi is a trader who had waited to dethrone Wasiu Ayinde Marshal before now.
The self ordained king of fuji (Osupa) added that he us fighting for his right and he is eligible to be the fuji king.
In his response in a song on VCD enitled No Comment released and marketed by the same record and video company, Pasuma said that Osupa is a liar who is seeking relevance at all costs.
He said that if a king is still alive no person can lay claim to the throne.
“I believe that Chief Sikiru Ayinde Barrister must have made a mistake by promoting Osupa as fuji king in the VCD entitled Legend And Sons.”
Pasuma said that by the time “Alhaji Agba returns from the United States of America he will seek audience with him to corroborate or debunk the story.
Meanwhile, as the battle for supremacy rages in fuji land, show promoters have been smiling to the bank by organising shows for fuji artistes in different camps.
The artistes have also been taking the advantage of the show to either abuse or reply those who are not in their camp.
Other artistes who have joined in the war against the self ordained fuji king are Murhi Thunder, Remi Aluko (Igwe), Sule Adio Atawewe, Sule Alao Malaika and others.
