Almost everyone wants to own land or a house at a point in time. However, most people who attempt to buy properties fail to follow the right processes in acquiring a property mostly due to ignorance.
Law Express, a weekly talk show dedicated to bringing the law closer to viewers continues this weekend on Sunday on Metro TV at 6.30pm. The topic for discussion will be “Buying An immovable Property”.
Joining the moderator for the show, Nuhela Seidu, to throw light on the procedure to follow in acquiring a property will be Kwaku Osei Asare, a private legal practitioner and a member of the Ghana Bar Association. Mr. Asare is a general practitioner who focuses on civil litigation particularly property and commercial law.
The second guest will be Philip Edem Kutsienyo, a private legal practitioner who specializes in civil ligation in corporate and commercial law practice, banking law, real property law and family law.
