ACCRA, 2ND APRIL, 2011 – Ghana's leading cosmetology and beauty therapy school FC BEAUTY COLLEGE, continues to be at the forefront of providing cutting-edge vocational training in the industry, almost 12 years after it was founded.

The school, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the FC Group of Companies is stopping at nothing to deliver the best of customized and tailor-made training modules to most men and women in the country.

Since its establishment over a decade ago, it has administered the successful transition of some 10,000 students into mainstream industry practice, some, competing strongly in established territories at home and abroad.

The school runs both basic (12 months) and advanced diploma (8 months) courses in Beauty Therapy and Cosmetology. Students also have the option of enrolling for the short specialist programmes which lasts for a month.

After completing the College's courses, students are made to undergo critical assessment and observation at the well-equipped Students Salon (inaugurating this week), to better position them for the job market.

The college currently runs a programme leading to a qualification in Paramedical Aesthetics.

The FC BEAUTY COLLEGE has recently been accredited by the Ghana Education Service Secondary Division, as an option for candidates to choose to study Cosmetology and Beauty Therapy after the completion of their Junior Secondary Programme.

The college is also affiliated to the British Association of Beauty Therapy and Cosmetology (BABTAC), the Aesthetic Research Institute California USA and City and Guilds of UK.

Led by Mrs. Grace Amey Obeng, a successful Medical Aesthetician and entrepreneur and CEO of the FC Group of Companies, under which the FC Beauty College is wholly-owned, the College continues to offer hope and inspiration to many more of Ghana's youth.
