MZBEL was not Raped-Manager

Mzbel, a popular Hiplife artiste was robbed and manhandled by three armed robbers at her New Gbawe residence in Accra around 2am yesterday.

In an exclusive interview with Modernghana.com, her Manager, Mr Isaac Aidoo stated that she was not raped but was manhandled by the armed robbers who also took away her personal belongings and cash which includes DVD players, a CD and cassette player, a digital video camera, an Ephson Laptop, jewellery, clothes and mobile phones from the victims who were in the house at the time.

According to him,Mzbel was fast asleep when she felt a slap on her back, one meant to wake her up, and when she woke up, the robbers asked her to surrender all the dollars on her.

He said Mzbel was later locked up with her other dancers whilst the armed robbers went about searching the whole house.

They later found some dollars, pounds sterling and other currencies which they took away.

He told Modernghana.com that, Mzbel is currently at home taking some rest as she is highly traumatised by this ordeal.But will be travelling outside the country for a short holiday which will enable her get over this unfortunate incident.He did not state the country she will be travelling to.

He added that all her appointments have been cancelled at the moment.
