Techiman Eleven Wonders has made a donation of Personal Protective Equipments (PPEs) to frontline workers helping in the fight against the Coronavirus (Covid-19) crisis.
The Ghana Premier League side made the donation in Techiman on Monday with health workers and security personal benefiting from the PPEs.
According to the club, this is their way of contributing to help to combat the Coronavirus which has resulted in the suspension of the 2019/2020 football season.
“Today: The management of the club distributed over 700 customize nose masks to Hospitals, Ghana Police Service, Ghana National Fire Service and Disable Federation of Ghana (Techiman Branch)”, a club statement said on Monday on their Twitter page.
Ghana’s Covid-19 confirmed cases stands at 2,719 as of the morning of Tuesday, May 5, 2020. Out of that number, there have been 294 recoveries with 18 people sadly losing their lives.
