Hearts Of Oak Celebrates Bankroller Togbe Afede XIV On His Birthday

Hearts of Oak have celebrated its Board Chairman and bankroller Togbe Afede XIV as he celebrates his 63^rd birthday.

The Executive Chairman of the World Trade Centre took over the club in 2010 after buying the majority of its shares after it had been floated for interested persons to purchase.

Though Togbe Afede XIV has not taken Hearts of Oak to where he wants to yet, his impact and contribution in the last decade cannot be overlooked.

On his birthday today, a club statement on their Twitter page has been heaping praises on their financier.

“A birthday to our board chairman, Togbe Afede XIV, a great leader, statesman and mentor. Thank you for all you are doing to impact lives positively.

“May this special day bring you joy, pleasure and more fulfilling future blessed with strength, good health and God's protection”, Hearts of Oak tweeted.

Togbe Afede XIV is also the President of the National House of Chiefs, the Agbogbomefia of the Asogli State, and President of Asogli Traditional Area.
