Dreams FC Seal Signing Of Experienced Goalkeeper Philemon McCarthy
Ghana Premier League side Dreams FC has completed the signing of experienced goalkeeper Philemon McCarthy.
The club has officially confirmed the signing of the former Hearts of Oak shot-stopper in a publication on the website of the club.
“Dreams Football Club is pleased to announce the return of its very own Philemon McCarthy after the experienced goalkeeper signed a two and half year contract with the club”, part of the publication said.
This will be the second time Philemon McCarthy will be playing for Dreams FC after manning the post for the side back in 2016 before subsequently joining Hapoel Afula.
At age 36, the goalkeeper is returning to Dawu with a lot of experience and will add quality to the team as they await the resumption of the Ghana Premier League season which has been suspended as a precautionary measure against the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) disease.
