The Pro Fighting Factory Ghana has presented food items to some elderly people at La in Accra on Wednesday morning.

The presentation was initiated by two times Sports Writers Association of Ghana (SWAG) Kick Boxers of the year award winner, Lawrence Nii Nyanyo Nmai who is President of the Pro Fighting Factory and now based in Switzerland.

Lawrence Nmai, son of Ataa Nmai who founded the La Pleasure Beach said he thought it was necessary to support the aged in this pandemic era of coronavirus and decided with the management of Pro Fighting Factory Ghana to donate their widow’s mite to the aged in the vicinity of La, where he was born and bred.

Lawrence Nmai stated urged Ghanaians to abide by what Nana Akufo Addo, the President of Ghana said to Stay at Home.

Michael Amanor Nartey, a member of the Pro Fighting Factory executive was accompanied by Mr.Yemoh, Isaac Commey Doku, Cecil Stanley Nii Teiko Tagoe and Mr Quaye to make the presentation.

They donated crates of eggs, oil, sachet water, gari and rice to the elderly citizens, which led to some of them thanking passionately and emotionally with blessings from Madam Grace and Teacher Aakodzo lo.

Mr Quaye who spoke on behalf of the Pro Fighting Factory Ghana educated the populace about the dreaded coronavirus disease and advised Ghanaians to stay away from nocturnal activities and stay safe at home to curb the spread of the pandemic.

Lawrence Nii Nyanyo Nmai, a world champion in kickboxing said in a telephone interview that he appreciates the greatness of the elderly people who have contributed immensely to his development as a sportsman.

He also commended all Ghanaians in the front line in the fight against the coronavirus including the health officials, media and security services.
