In the midst of the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic which has seen the suspension of football in Ghana, Asante Kotoko defender Christopher Nettey has decided to keep training to stay in good shape.
Though he is staying at home to ensure he stays safe, the highly-rated full-back is making use of available equipments to train.
In a short video posted on the YouTube page of Asante Kotoko, Christopher Nettey is seen engaging in a couple of training regiments as he works on his fitness.
The right-back is hoping to stay in good shape in order to be ready to go whenever the COVID-19 storm passes to pave way for the resumption of the Ghana Premier League season.
