The Black Maidens of Ghana will face off with the Flamingos of Nigeria in the final phase of the qualifiers to the 2020 FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup qualifiers.
The Maidens have been outstanding in the qualifiers and recorded a 10-0 aggregate win over their counterparts of Liberia in their last outing.
For the team’s next task, they will come up against the Nigeria u-17 team who equally excelled in the last round by posting an 11-2 aggregate win over Guinea.
The two countries will now return to training and prepare for the final round of the qualifiers which has been slated for May.
Meanwhile, this year’s FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup has been scheduled to take place in India and will commence on Monday, November 2, and will run through to Saturday, November 21, 2020.
