Andre Ayew 'Highly Unlikely' To Leave Swansea City In January - Club Chairman Reveals

Executive Chairman of Swansea City, Trevor Birch has confirmed that Andre Ayew is unlikely to leave Liberty Stadium this month.

The Ghana captain has made the headlines in the ongoing transfer.

Ayew has been scintillating for the club scoring ten goals for the Swans.

A very encouraging response from the chairman when he was asked about the Ghanaian’s future at the fans’ forum.

"I think it’s highly unlikely that he’s going to go in this transfer window,” said Birch.

Following his return to the club before the start of the season from Fernebache, Andre received offers from Germany, Italy with some Premier League clubs chasing for his signature.

The former Olympique Marseille forward was eventually named the vice skipper for Steve Cooper's side.

Andre Ayew has been linked to Tottenham Hotspurs.
