Agbozume Weavers played out a goalless draw against their regional rivals, Kpando Heart of Lions at the Agbozume Some park in their matchday three fixture of the National Division One League over the weekend.

After a sterling performance by Agbozume Weavers, the Volta Regional Football Association (RFA) chairman, Mr Daniel Agboga was at the venue to watch the regional derby and was content with the performance of Weavers. He appeals to the players to play their hearts out.

"I want to appeal to you all to play your heart out irrespective of where you find yourself find. I want to encourage you to use this platform Weavers have given you well, use it well and move forward. If you think you can leave this team and join other teams and break into their first team, it doesn't work like that. You need to prove your self here first," he added.

Agbozume Weavers picked their first point at home after matchday three in the National Division One League.

Weavers will travel away to play Kotoku Royals in their next league fixture whilst their regional rivals Lions will be at the Kpando Park and host Okyeman Planners.

The RFA Chairman would continue his encouragement dialogue with Hearts of Lions in their next home match.
