Ghanaian forward Andre Dede Ayew impressed for his Swansea City side on Tuesday evening as he provided an assist in their 1-1 draw with Huddersfield Town in the English Championship.
The Swans have struggled for wins in their last two games and went into yesterday’s match with the motive to fight and upset their hosts to ensure they bag all the maximum points.
In what was a match week 17 fixture of the ongoing 2019/2020 season, Swansea City took a deserved lead just 18 minutes into the match with Jay Fulton netting the goal.
He was assisted by Black Stars attacker Andre Ayew following a series of good team play.
Four minutes to end the first half, Huddersfield town managed to restore parity after Karlan Grant found the back of the net.
A pulsating encounter in the second half failed to produce any goal even though Huddersfield were forced to play with 10 men for the last five minutes of the 90 minutes.
Ayew who excelled on the matchday enjoyed the full 90 minutes and played a key role to help Swansea City earn the point.
