The Black Stars of Ghana have left Accra for Cape Coast where they will take on the Bafana Bafana on Thursday in the 2021 African Cup of Nations qualifier opener.
The team officially opened camping with 13 players on Monday at the Accra Sports Stadium where they were taking through their paces by the coaches with some light training session focused more on recovery done.
21 players are on board the bus making the short trip to Cape Coast with the technical team members.
The only absentees are SC Paderson midfielder Christopher Antwi, who is expected to join his colleagues in Cape Coast and Mohammed Salisu of Real Valladolid who is being assessed by his club in Spain after he suffered a knock.
Ghana will take on the Bafana Bafana of South Africa on Thursday at 7 pm at the Cape Coast Stadium before they play Sao Tome in four days time.
