Head coach for the Ghana U-23 team, Ibrahim Tanko has named a strong starting lineup to face Cameroon tonight in the CAF U-23 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament.
Nicknamed the Black Meteors, the team is hoping to bag their first 3 points of the tournament to enhance their chances of progressing out of Group A and into the knockout stage.
Ahead of the crucial meeting, Coach Ibrahim Tanko has opted for a strong and attacking side to go and get the job done.
Goalkeeper Kwame Baah has been named in post and will receive protection from a back four made up of Kingsley Fobi, Edward Sarpong, Habib Mohammed, and Zakaria Fuseini.
Captain Yaw Yeboah will operate from midfielder with highly-rated Simon Zibo tasked to offer protection to the defensive setup.
In attack, Kwabena Yeboah has been selected to net the goals for the Ghana team and will receive support from Issah Abass.
The Ghana-Cameroon match will kick-off at 20:00GMT at the Cairo International Stadium.
