The Parliamentary Select Committee for Sports and Culture have set a new target for the Kurt Okraku's administration.

Parliament on Friday tasked the newly elected Ghana FA to first ensure the Black Stars qualify and reach the semi-finals of the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.

The country's football governing body was again have been asked to end Ghana’s Cup of Nations trophy drought by winning the 2021 edition of the competition in Cameroon.

They also implored the Ghana FA to make the local league the most competitive in Africa is one of the target set for the new football governing body.

Finally the new administration must see to it that Ghana makes the top 10 on the FIFA ranking and also make the GFA corruption-free entity.

Kurt Okraku who was elected as the new Football Association President is yet to officially begin work.

He will take over when the mandate of the Normalization Committee comes to an end this month.
