Head Coach for Accra Hearts of Oak, Kim Grant has shared that his team needs to work on their goal scoring prowess before the 2019/2020 Ghana Premier League season starts.
The gaffer has done an exceptional job with his young Phobian squad which has emerged as one of the strongest teams on the local scene currently. They play exciting and possessive kind of football that has convinced fans that they will bring back the glory days of the club.
Ahead of the possible return of the local league after almost two years of absence, Kim Grant insists there is not much work to be done but they definitely need to work on their clinical ability in front of goal.
“There is not much changes. I think we just need to be more clinical in front of goal. We work a lot in training and we create a lot of chances.
“Efficiently we are good at getting forward, getting the ball and high pressing but we just need to add that nastiness in front of goal and single-minded”, he said in an interview aired on Asempa FM.
Kim Grant recently led the Phobians to glory in the 2019 Homowo Cup where they defeated Great Olympics at the end of penalties.
