Iddrisu Baba has opened up on his readiness of playing for Ghana citing that his dream is to play for the Black Stars.
The Real Mallorca midfield dynamo has been a fine form in the La Liga Santander so far this season and he is aiming to get a call up to the Ghana senior national team.
Baba highly impressed against Real Madrid in their 1:0 win over Zinedine Zidane's side.
“My dream is to make my debut for Ghana and I am very much working hard and looking up to it,” Baba told his club’s media.
“I grew up watching Michael Essien and he has been my role model all these years, I can see we have things in common, I want to emulate him.”
The 24-year-old has made nine La Liga appearances so far this season.
