Atletico Madrid trainer, Deigo Simeone has hailed Thomas Partey's qualities.
The 25-year-old midfield kingpin was instrumental in the Madrid derby over the weekend which earned him the man of the match accolade.
Partey, who has attracted a lot of interest from top European clubs was on the scoresheet as Atletico Madrid defeated Lokomotiv Moscow 2-0 in the Champions League on Tuesday.
After their all-important win in Moscow, the Argentine tactician couldn't hide admiration for the Ghanaian international.
"He is in a very good moment. He waited and worked hard to reach this moment.
“He has been with us for five or six years and he makes me very happy because it is all work and talent. We hope it will continue to grow because it has a long way," he added.
