Hearts of Oak have completed the signing of former Karela United midfielder Emmanuel Mintah ahead of the new season.
Mintah joined the Capital based club on a free transfer after ending his stay with Karela United last month.
The 25-year-old becomes the club third signing in the current transfer window after Domnic Eshun and Bernard Arthur.
The midfield dynamo had a short stint with Egyptian side Alassiouty Sport earlier in 2018 before returning to Ghana in June.
Mintah previously played for several second-tier sides including BA United, Dunkwa United among others.
He made 13 appearances for Karela United during the GFA Normalization Committee Special Competition.
