The Normalization Committee of the Ghana Football Association will hold its annual Congress on Monday, August 19 at the College of Physicians and Surgeons in Accra.
The event is to officially pave way for the 2019/20 season to begin.
Football activities in the country such as the Ghana Premier League, Division one League, Division two League, National Women’s League, MTN FA Cup and the Sandford Women’s FA Cup finally returns after a year after the congress.
Domestic football were brought to a halt following disruption at the office of the Ghana Football Association where some members including former FA boss Kwesi Nyantakyi were relieved of their duties.
The Normalization Committee which temporarily took charge organized a Special competition to keep players active. The Committee whose mandate comes to end in September this year have further set August 19 for the extra-ordinary congress to usher in the new campaign.
