Accra, Feb. 3, GNA - Senegal were too experience for dark horses Guinea, as they bundled out the surprise group B toppers 3-1 to book place in the semi-finals of the African Nations Cup in Alexandra, Egypt on Friday.
Guinea took a surprise lead in the 23rd minute when striker Kaba capitalised on a lousy goal keeping from Tony Silver to walk the ball into the empty net.
Silver failed to make a first-time clearance from a back-pass as he hit the ball against the feet of the player who strolled to score. In a live GTV telecast monitored by the GNA Sports Desk, Papa Bouba Diop responded 10 minutes after recess with a blazing header from "predator" Henry Camara's lob.
Substitute Mamadou Niang scored the second for the group D runners-up with seven minutes of playing time remaining while Camara put the icing on the cake during time added on (92 minutes).
