Public Relations Officer (PRO) for Karela United, Eric Alagidede has indicated that there is no pressure on the club as they prepare to face Accra Hearts of Oak for the second time in the Ghana Football Association (GFA) Normalization Committee (NC) Special Competition.

The two top performing teams in the Premier B division of the competition will lock horns in midweek with top spot up for grabs. Even though the Phobians are currently occupying the 1st place, they could be disposed of if they fall to the might of the Anyinase based side in front of their home fans.

Earlier when the two sides met at the CAM Park, it was the home side that came out victorious. They posted a 1-0 result over Kim Grant and his mean who appears determined to revenge that loss.

Speaking in a pre-match interview with Ashh FM on Monday, Eric Alagidede has touted the fixture as the biggest game in the division whiles insisting that there is no pressure on his side because they know they have players who can deliver for them.

“Our game against Hearts of Oak on Wednesday would be the biggest game in our zone because it’s a battle between the first placed team and the second placed team on the log. There is no pressure on Karela United ahead of our game against Hearts of Oak because we have the best players in the ongoing tournament", he said.

The crucial game with kick off at 15:30 GMT at the Accra Sports Stadium on Wednesday, May 15, 2019.
