Hearts of Oak defender, Christopher Bonney has expressed exciting after scoring and also providing an assist in the Phobians 2-1 win over former club Ebusua Dwarfs at the Cape Coast Stadium on Sunday.
The right-back put up a spectacular performance to help the Phobian snatch all three points in their GFA Normalisation Committee away win.
Bonney scored from the spot in the first half before providing an assist for the second goal scored by Manaf Umar.
“Thank God for my goal and my assists against my former club,” he shared on Tweeter.
Bonney has been a key figure for the Rainbow club since joining from Ebusua Dwarfs last season.
The win keeps Hearts on top of the Zone B with 22 points, one point above second side Karela United.
