Accra, Dec. 18, GNA - Ghana National Fire Service defeated Ghana Armed Forces (GAF) 20-17 in the finals to win this year's Greater Accra de Youngster's Handball Knock-out competition which ended at the Prisons Complex Handball Courts in Accra on Saturday.
Fire Service who led 9-5 at half time maintained the pressure on the Armed Forces in the second session and carried the day with some brilliant body moves.
The Ghana Handball Association of Ghana honoured Mr Anthony Kwame de Youngster, Director of the School for sponsoring the competition for the past 10 years.
Mr de Youngster called on other corporate bodies and institutions to help develop the game.
