Ghana international, Kevin-Prince Boateng will undergo a medical at FC Barcelona on Tuesday according to reports in Italy and Spain.

The former Tottenham Hotspurs man only joined Sassuolo from Eintracht Frankfurt last summer and has gone on to score five goals in 15 appearances.
He already has experience of Spanish football with Las Palmas, where he netted 10 times across 28 games in La Liga.
Boateng has made two FIFA World Cup appearances - 2010 and 2014 - for the senior national team of Ghana.
