Draw Finalized Ahead Of Betway Cup In Obuasi This Weekend

All is set for the maiden edition of the Betway Cup competition to be played in Obuasi this weekend with Ashanti Gold, Medeama SC, Aduana Stars and Liberty Professionals ready to battle for the ultimate glory.

The battles lines has been drawn following a successful draw of the competition earlier today, January 16. Host club Ashanti Gold SC will play Liberty Professionals in the opening game with Medeama SC expected to lock horns with Aduana Stars. The two games will be played on Saturday, January 19 at the Obuasi Len Clay Stadium.

Victors of the two matches will automatically qualify to the final which will be played on Sunday, January 20. It will be an opportunity for all the four clubs to compete and test the strength of their team’s whiles earning some money in the process.

The competition is an initiative by betting gianst Betway who are sponsors of all four clubs who will be participating this weekend. All the teams are expected to be in Obuasi before the end of Friday to prepare for the competition.
