Samuel Inkoom has expressed excitement after signing a short-term deal with Bulgarian top flight side FC Dunav Ruse on Tuesday.
The FIFA U-20 World Cup winner signed a short term deal with the Bulgarian side and was unveiled to the press on Tuesday after a successful trial on Monday.
The former Asante Kotoko right-back was banned in 2017 by the World Football governing body for a breach of contract with his agent Andrew Evans for failing to pay his part of the transfer fees to Dnipro from FC Basal in 2014.
He was free to return to the field after the Federation of International Football Association (FIFA) lifted the ban on him early this year.
Inkoom will be hoping to enjoy more playing time at his new club in his bid to make Ghana Coach Kwasi Appiah’s final 23- man squad for this year’s AFCON.
