Former Editor of Kotoko Express, Jerome Otchere has emphatically has said communication has been the biggest problem for the Ghana Football Association Normalization Committee.

The four-member committee has been given a mandate by FIFA to review the statutes and set out the roadmap for the election of a new president for the FA.

However, the committee has come under severe criticisms for their slow nature of work and the lack of engagement of the media in their daily work.

But according to the former Communications Member of Dreams FC, the committee should engage the public in their daily works and will ease the pressure on them to deliver their mandate.

"I hope the Normalization Committee finishes its work within the given period.'" he told Asempa FM. "However, I wouldn't take an entrench decision that the committee shouldn't have an extension.

"The biggest challenge of the Normalization Committee so far has been communication. In the last 90 days of their work, it has been more about what they are not telling us.

"The Normalization Committee should update us on what they have done and how they did it

"The committee should have a way of constantly relaying information to the media who will also pass it on to the public and I believe will ease the pressure on the Normalization Committee.

Jerome, however, praised the committee for the job they have done so far but insisted he is not enthused with regard to review and to set the road for electing new FA president and ExCO members.

"The Normalization Committee have done their best with running the GFA but I'm not convinced with what they have done with regards to the review and the roadmap for elections."

The committee will end their mandate on March 31, 2019.
