Former U-20 FIFA World Cup winner, Dominic Adiyah has joined Thai second-tier side Sisaket FC on a free transfer.

The former AC Milan striker has been clubless for the last few months after leaving Thai top-flight side Nakhon Ratchasima last year after three seasons.

Sisaket FC, who finished 10th and just eight points above the relegation zone last season, are counting on the experience of Adiyiah to improve their stock in the M150 Championship.

The 26-year-old has rich experience after his travels to (Frederikstad) Norway, Italy, Serbia, Ukraine and Turkey.

Adiyah was part of Ghana’s team that participated at the 2010 FIFA World Cup finals where Ghana got eliminated at the quarter-final via a penalty shoot-out to Uruguay.

He was awarded the best player of the 2009 FIFA World Cup hosted in Egypt.
