Good Will Messages Pour In For Isaac Dogboe Ahead Of Navarrete Fight

The streets of the Volta Regional capital, Ho was overwhelmed with joy on Tuesday December 4th 2018 ahead of WBO Super Bantamweight champion, Isaac Dogboe’s (20-0, 14Kos) bout against Mexican Emmanuel Navarrete (25-1, 22 KOs) in the United States of America.

The Son of the land as many would describe him is expected to defeat the Mexican Emmanuel Navarrete on the night of 8th December 2018.

The bout is a Co-feature with lightweight world title unification bout between Vasilliy Lomachenko and Pedraza.

This year has been a busy year for the Ghanaian world champion.

He fought Jessie Magdaleno in April, Cesar Juarez in June and Hidenori Otake in August.

He is set to defend his WBO Super Bantamweight title against Emmanuel Navarrete, which is his fourth fight in the year.

Goodwill messages have since been pouring for the pugilist.

Isaac Dogboe, 24 is a Ghanaian professional boxer who is the current World Boxing Organization Super Bantamweight champion.

He started his professional debut in 2013.
Isaac has already compiled a record of 17-0 before competing for a world title challenge (the vacant Interim WBO Super bantamweight title) with Mexican, Cesar Juarez which he won in the 5th round stoppage.

He then went ahead to become the WBO's sole champion at the super bantamweight (faced and beat Jessie Magdaleno).

He retained the WBO super bantamweight title successfully and he is up for a second world title defence.

He recently signed a long-term promotional agreement with Robert Arum’s (an American lawyer, boxing promoter and businessman) Top Rank who serves as his co-managers alongside Rising Star Africa.

The fight is a Co-feature with lightweight world title unification bout between Vasilliy Lomachenko

The bout will be telecast live on Volta Regions first television station Volta 1 TV.

The telecast is in partnership with Volta One TV, Media 7, Rising Star Africa Promotion and Togbui Badu Royal House of Anyako.
