Football Associations congratulate Black Stars

Accra, Nov 10, GNA - The Portuguese and Polish Football Associations have extend their congratulatory messages to Ghana's Black Stars on her maiden qualification to the World Cup.

The Ghana Football Association received the congratulatory messages signed by the President's of the two associations and has accordingly acknowledged receipt of the letters.

Mr Kofi Nsiah, General Secretary of the GFA said the FA appreciates all the efforts of the Portuguese Football Association during the qualification series and hope that come next year both Ghana and Portugal would make a great impact at the World Cup.

He said the GFA appreciates the sentiments expressed by the Polish Football Association and also wishes to extend its congratulations on their own brilliant performance during the preliminary competition.
