Apam Liberty holds Ajumako-Ochiso Etwe Ewuruku

Ajumako-Ochiso, Oct. 26, GNA - Apam Liberty Football Club played a determined game to hold Ajumako-Ochiso Etwe Ewuruku Football Club 2-2 in a Central Region Division Two league match played at Ochiso. After a goal less first half, Liberty resumed strongly and scored the opener through midfielder Joe Belty, in the 47th minute. The cheers that greeted the goal had hardly died out when outside right, Awalaguda in a solo effort levelled up for Etwe Ewuruku in the 50th minute.

The game became balanced until the 71st minute when outside left, Emmanuel Sarsah, increased the tally to 2-1 through a spot kick for Liberty.

Etwe Ewuruku then took control of the match and dictated the pace until the 88th minute when Aguda who played a yeoman's game scored the much-needed equaliser.

Other league results were: Kasoa Proud United one, Nyanyano Super Sports 0 Winneba C K Gyamfi F/C three, Gomoa Ojobi Kaakyire Stars two.
