Head Coach for the Ghana u17 team the Black Starlets, Karim Zito has confirmed that he is open to taking up the coaching job of Kumasi Asante Kotoko if he is contacted by the club.

Kotoko after losing Paa Kwasi Fabian are currently in the market hunting for a new man to take over as head coach. Paa Kwasi turned in his resignation letter last week and after meeting with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Club, they have agreed to part ways.

In an interview on Agoo TV earlier this morning, coach Zito says its unfortunate Paa Kwasi Fabian is leaving Kotoko. When asked if he will accept to coach his former employers in his playing days, he answered in the positive.

“I am a legend of Kotoko and becoming a legend of Kotoko is not easy. I have no problem coaching Kotoko”, he shared.

He cited that it is up to Kumasi Asante Kotoko whether they require his services. He explained that he is with Dreams FC so Kotoko will have to talk to Kurt Okraku and once an agreement is reached he will be happy to work with the Kumasi based club.

Karim Zito after confirming that he is still with Dreams FC emphasized that Dreams FC is Karim Zito and Karim Zito is Dreams FC.
