Ghana international, Jordan Ayew says he is ready to help Crystal Palace when given the opportunity after helping the Eagles to beat Huddersfield Town 1:0 on Saturday.
The 26-year-old assisted Wilfried Zaha for the only goal of the matchday five fixture at the Kirklees Stadium.
It was Jordan's second game for The Eagles since completing a loan move from Swansea City in the summer.
“I am pleased because we won; the most important thing is the three points," Ayew told the club's official website.
"I have been working really hard since I joined the club.
"I did have an opportunity which I could have scored but it is only my second game.
"I feel I am going in the right direction, but as I say, it’s about the result and we needed the team performance.”
The Swansea City loanee who can play anywhere across the front line was deployed as the main scoring threat in a front-three formation.
“Today the shape changed with a 4-3-3 formation but I don’t mind because I just want to be on the pitch," the French-born continued.
"If I am given the opportunity I will give 100 per cent for the team.
“I got a few knocks but that’s football. It’s a man’s game and you expect that with what my position demands. I don’t have any problem with that.”
The win over the weekend has pushed the South London based club to the 12 positions on the league log with 6 points.
