Kenya coach Sebastien Migne has disclosed that Patrick Matasi will be his trusted man between the sticks in their 2019 AFCON qualifier against Ghana on Saturday.

This is after the French coach named the final squad of 24 players ahead of the crucial match against the Black Stars set for Kasarani. 'I will start with Matasi because I have not seen Boniface Oluoch. I don't know where he is and why he has not reported to camp,' Migne told Goal.com

Migne is also saddened that out of the 38 players called to camp, only 24 had turned up. 'It is a shame that out of the 38 players called up for national team duty only 24 turned up. I have given them until end of today (Wednesday), and if they don't show up, they will not be considered for the match.'

Migne also confirmed that influential midfielder Victor Wanyama will miss the match. 'I will only work with the available players for now and my focus is to beat Ghana on Saturday.'

Final Squad; Goalkeepers: Patrick Matasi, Farouk Shikalo and Ian Otieno.

Defenders: Philemon Otieno, Jockins Atudo, Dennis Odhiambo, Joash Onyango, Benard Ochieng, Abud Omar, David Ochieng, Eric Ouma, Joseph Okumu, Musa Mohammed and David Owino.

Midfielders: Francis Kahata, Abdallah Hassan, Anthony Akumu, Eric Johanna, Ismail Gonzalez and Johanna Omollo.

Forwards: Piston Mutamba, Jesse Were, Michael Olunga and Ovella Ochieng.
