Assistant coach of Aduana Stars, W.O Tandoh has given the clearest indication that his boss Kenichi Yatsuhashi as very autocratic and irresponsible situational manager.

The two time Ghana Premier League champions were dismantled 6:0 by Raja Casablanca in their round group game of the CAF Confederations Cup competition in Morocco.

Ahead of the encounter, reports emerged that the former Hearts of Oak trainer will leave the club after the match.

But Mr Tandoh in an interview with Accra based Happy FM claimed that his boss wanted to dictate to all team members instead of managing the circumstance at hand.

"Kenichi wanted people to always do what he wants. He is an autocratic coach and cannot manage situations. He can stop talking to people when you disagree with him. He wasn't talking to management upon our arrival in Morocco", W.O Tandoh revealed.

"Kenichi gave team selections to a player to announce. He didn't talk to the players after our training. He refused to enter the team's dressing room and didn't return to the bench after recess as Raja drubbed them 6-0. He got mad at the airport the time he was told that he'll get his visa upon arrival in Morocco." He added

Tandoh refuted claims by the Japanese tactician on the engagement of some players in betting activities

"Kenichi is a big fat liar. If he accuses our players of engaging in betting Kennich should mention one player's name" he said

"All those reportage that we had our Jollof rice poisoned are not true. None of our players had runny stomach in Morocco. They experienced stomach upset because of the food they ate in the plane".

Aduana Stars are out of the competition after accumulating only 4points in the competition.
