Satelites Get Busy Ahead Of WAFU Tournament

Following the qualification of the National Under-20 Team, the Black Satelites to the impending WAFU tournament in Nigeria next Month,the team in billed to engage in Two high profile friendly matches.

The team will play Accra Hearts of Oak on Friday at the Ohene Gyan Sports Stadium on Friday and move to engage Kumasi Asante Kotoko at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi on Sunday.

In view of the assignments, the Headcoach of the team,Francis Oti Akenteng has invited about twenty-four players to report to camp at the Afabof Hotel at Kronum in Kumasi today.

They include,Goal-Keepers Kotei Blankson from Liberty Professional,Michael Addo of Sekondi Hasaacas and Habib Mohammed of Kotoko with the defenders being,Daniel Asamoah of Ashgolg, Nana Kwasi Bobie Ansah of King Faisal,Afful Harrison and Anarfi Emmanuel both from Gomoa Fetteh Feyeenoord Academy whiles Bawa Mumuni is from Liberty Professionals.

Jerry Akaminko and Kennedy Korly are from Heart of Lions and Tano Bofoakwa respectively.

The midfielders include,Anthony Anan of Hearts,Prince Antwi of King Faisal,Obed Ansah,Heart of Lions and Francis Mantey of Great Olympics.The rest are Toufiq Alolo of Real Tamale United,Emmanuel Kofi Bukarson of Kessben F/C,Douglas Nkrumah from Kotoko and Iddi Yekini and Sherif Danlardi both from Feyeenord.

The strikers are Heart of Oak's Prince Tagoe,Alex Asamoah of Brekum Arsenal,Kwame Obeng Darko and Felix Baffoe both from Liberty Professional and Mark Adu Amofa.
