Sportive host Power on Sunday

By GNA

Accra, Sept. 16, GNA - A resurgent Real Sportive, currently occupying the fourth spot on the 16-team GT Premier League Standings, play host to Power F/C in a friendly on Sunday at the Tema Sports Stadium as the league goes on break.

Sportive who enhanced their point build-up to 36 after last Sunday's 2-1 home victory over Feyenoord, would attempt to add Power to their "victims."

But Power, perched at the 11th position with just 27 points would try to appease their fans after the team's 1-3 loss to Okwawu in last week's league match.

That task, undoubtedly, would not be an easy one. It means Power would have to break through a blanket defence and a packed midfield of Sportive while trying at the same time to contain a very aggressive attackers.

A flat rate of 10,000 cedis would be charged at the gates. Kick-off is at 3 pm.
